		pricing conditions: Prices are per holiday home/apartment and night (not per person) – from €102, depending on the house, season and length of stay. The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate; the houses sleep up to 4–6 guests. Minimum stay: 7 nights in the high and holiday season (arrival Fri/Sat/Mon), flexible from 4–5 nights in the low season (no Sunday check-in). In the low season a surcharge of €12 per night applies from the 3rd guest; children up to 2 years stay free. Included: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and a private parking space at the house.
